We’re working on both the Spirit Collective (main platform) AND Spirit Chat (messaging) apps. Though we have not met our goal for the mobile app fundraiser, we are finding cheaper and alternative ways to fund things or to do them ourselves. Know that we still very much welcome donations at this early stage in Spirit Collective’s life and it would still help us out a lot.

These apps are what virtually everyone really seems to want (including me and @ginnyerickson ). Apps will make it far easier to stay engaged with Spirit Collective and to communicate with people. The biggest thing an app means is you will get notifications on your phone when someone messages you (or for any other notification that you have enabled in your settings). There’s lots of other features apps come with as well that just makes it an all around better experience on your phone. We talk about the details on the fundraiser page, as well as on the Development Roadmap (where we have now moved these app features to “in progress”).

This is going to OPEN THE FLOODGATES. Following having an app, we will still be in the early-access beta stage with more to develop, but we will begin marketing far more, and the platform will begin feeling alive with people. Get ready!!
