At Spirit Collective, we believe you should have full control over your account and personal information. Below are the instructions for deleting your account and all related data from our platform.
Delete Your Account Instantly
You can delete your account at any time by visiting your account settings:

This option will:
- Permanently delete your profile and all associated personal information
- Remove your access to all platform features
- Erase social interactions, media, and community content linked to your account
Important: Some data connected to purchases, learning progress, or seller activity may not be fully deleted automatically. Please see below for how to request full deletion.
Request Complete Data Removal
If you would like to erase all data connected to your account — including order history, course activity, store or selling records, and any other platform interactions — please submit a full deletion request:
Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your account
- A clear request for “complete deletion of all personal data”
We process full deletion requests within 5–7 business days.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account or request full data removal, the following information will be permanently erased from our system:
- Your personal profile and membership data
- All communications, posts, uploads, and comments
- Purchase history and transaction records
- Learning progress and enrollment records
- Any public-facing or private seller activity
- Your connection to third-party login services (e.g., Facebook)
Archived backups may retain data for up to 30 days before being purged securely.
For Facebook Login Users
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, deleting your account will also remove the connection between your Spirit Collective account and Facebook.
