Welcome to Heart Activation. I’m Elaine Elizabeth, founder, author, and guide in emotional and generational healing. My work is rooted in lived experience of overcoming addiction, healing from trauma, and breaking cycles that run through families. These experiences taught me that healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves, it’s about unbecoming what we were taught to be and returning to who we truly are- the heart of our essence
